It is preferable that the soil does not contain much organic material, such as peat moss and that the plant is not fertilized with heavy nitrogen as this can cause an explosion of soft, flabby growth that can make the plant prone to bacterial rots. Decomposed granite is often an excellent media as it has many trace minerals and is similar to the South African quartz fields where these and others of the "Stone Mimicry" are found growing. Built to Chew, Designed to Last – A Teething Pup’s Best Friend!

These puppy chew toys are adorable and well made! I picked the pink set for my girl, but they come in several color options to suit any pup’s personality. So far, she hasn’t destroyed a single one — which says a lot, because she’s definitely in her teething phase.
That said, I do wish she’d chew on the toys more than she chews on me — ha! She seems to enjoy them most when I’m playing with her, so they’ve become a fun bonding tool. I also really appreciate that a couple of the toys can hold small treats. That keeps her entertained a bit longer and gives my hands a much-needed break.
Overall, this is a great little starter kit for teething puppies. Durable, cute, and interactive — we’re both happy with it!
